Krypton Training believes that customer feedback is extremely important, and acknowledges that compliments, complaints and suggestions from customers can play a key role in highlighting areas for improvement in quality, in addition to being a means for customers to voice their opinions and concerns.
Krypton Training firmly believes that customers should be entitled to have access to effective systems for handling complaints, and also for recording and responding to their compliments and suggestions.
Krypton Training welcomes compliments from its customers and ensures that any positive comments are passed on to the relevant staff members so that their good practice can be acknowledged appropriately.
Any verbal feedback received by staff members are passed on to management as appropriate and receipt of them is communicated to the relevant staff members or teams in the team meetings or via email.
Written compliments or complaints may be given by customers through progress reviews, feedback forms or through letters and emails to staff members. Written compliments and emails are directed to admin@kryptontraining.co.uk and records of them are kept on file and then we respond to them as appropriate and within 5 working days.
