Good Track Record:
Krypton Training has a strong contract with the National Careers Service, which continues to grow. Krypton Training has an excellent relationship with all of its funders and delivery partners and in particular the Idea Stores, delivering in all five of the Idea Stores across East London. Krypton Training has strong links with
Housing Associations, libraries and other providers across London, with a bank of clients being referred on a regular basis. Krypton Training strives to maintain performance and quality of a high standard, achieving a Grade 2 (Good) standard for its last self-assessment review and a Green (Good) RAG rating from funders for our NCS contract. Due to rigorous processes and procedures for all audits Krypton Training has achieved a 0% extrapolation.
Added Value:
For added value Krypton Training offers clients the chance to attend FREE Job Clubs: CV support and Employability sessions/workshops to further help to support client progression into sustained employment. High Client Satisfaction:
Krypton Training conducts feedback surveys every month where we ask for feedback on things such as; the services that we offer, the advice clients have received from us, the staffs, our resources and more. Krypton is proud to say that for the last two years running, we have had over a 95% satisfaction rating, and currently our client satisfaction rate stands at 98%.
Central Locations:
Krypton Trainings locations are key to its success. The locations where we provide our services are excellent, safe and signposted. Each location is risk assessed on a regular basis to make sure that it’s the right location for its clients and staff. The locations are central and at the heart and well recognised places within the community. They have excellent public transport links with more than60% of clients within walking distances from the locations.
