Functional Skills qualifications are designed to provide learners with the chance to gain useful, transferable skills in English, Maths and ICT to help them function confidently, effectively and independently in their work and life in general. Many employers in today’s job market look that potential employees have at least a Level 2 Functional Skills qualification in English and Maths.
Krypton Training delivers Functional Skills qualification with OCR as the Awarding Body in English and Maths from Entry Level up to Level 2. Courses take 6-12 weeks to complete and they are a mix of online or classroom based learning. Before enrolment learners are required to undertake an initial assessment and this takes 2 hours.
