Krypton Training works with the National Careers Service to deliver its careers advice services. Krypton Training is a part of a large National Careers Service network in England and Wales to provide high quality careers advice and job support for people and organisations in need of specific advice, support, skills and qualifications.

Krypton Training is a specialist in delivering one to one careers advice and support services. All our careers advisors are Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance or IAG level 3, 4 or 6 qualified and experienced in dealing with a range of cliental and situations.

A one to one careers advice session lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the client’s needs. Each client sessions is individualised and a client can be seen many times with KryptonTraining. Upon completion of the session you get a Skills Action Plan that details what your session covered, resources and goals that you need to work on and that what we will support you with. All sessions are confidential.
